Rotarian Nitin Kumar Agarwal, the elected District Governor of Rotary District 3100 for 2025-26, is a highly respected Chartered Accountant and entrepreneur. Born in Moradabad’s renowned Chandausi Ghee family, he carries forward his late parents' values and principles. Academically, he holds a CA qualification, a postgraduate degree in Legal Jurisprudence, and expertise in forensic accounting, fraud detection, anti-money laundering, banking, and treasury management.

His wife, Mrs. Preeti Agarwal, is a postgraduate in Home Science and an AMFI-certified mutual fund distributor. Their son, Pranjal, is an avid reader with a keen interest in academics.

As a financial expert, he has served as an Independent Director and consultant for major banking and corporate institutions. His businesses, including R.A. Enterprises (bulk importer of CTCP plates and printing inks), Madhav Chemicals (chemical production for paper and sugar industries), and Abha Financial Consultants (mutual funds and wealth management), have a significant presence in North India. He is also associated with The Legal Arrow, a law firm specializing in Supreme Court and High Court cases.
